When we think of socially responsible clothing or t-shirts that save the planet, many of us stop at wearing ones that promote “plant(ing) a tree” or “go(ing) green.” What does it mean to be socially responsible? One of the most popular ad campaigns of all time, the “I heart NY” slogan has been used as an advertisement for New York City since the 1970s, and it was even turned into a song!
